The training methods I utilise are a fine blend of the very best the British Army has to offer, combined with the latest modern exercise techniques, utilising market leading exercise equipment including:

* TRX Suspension Trainer

* XLR8 Resistance Band

* XLR8 slingshot Overspeed Trainer

* BBE & Reebok Boxing Equipment


Each one hour session is tailored to the individuals initial and current ability level and forms part of an ever changing programme of training. The levels are only increased when the individual is good and ready continually progressing in levels of activity and intensity but always based on and tailored to the individual.

I am fortunate enough to operate in and around the naturally beautiful town of Nairn. Utilising areas such as Culbin Forest, the local all weather athletics track and the magnificent rugged and completely unspoilt East Beach pictured opposite.
