 The kids fitness parties are a fantastic way to celebrate your childs birthday. The format and activity levels are best suited to the age range 4 - 10 although younger and older children can be catered for with adjusted formats.

As a rough guide the party template usually breaks down as follows:

Guests arrive orientation and safety brief

1 hour of activity running, jumping, throwing catching, football etc, etc, etc...

 

Back to parents for party food and cake

 

Back to me for one large scale party game

 

Then a disco to finish

 

Safe, happy & tired kids guaranteed every time!
